Berlin seems to think (1965d and 1970a: 141) that the members of the group are separate individuals; however, we think that due to the constant association of glyph groups identified as the 'Trias' group with Lord Hok (Berlin's "Subject B" ruler), the 'Trias' glyph groups represent alternative or additional names and/or titles or offices of Lord Hok.
